  • Can I pick up my parcel in Amsterdam or at a DHL Parcelshop?

    No, it is not possible to pick up your parcel in Amsterdam. Our headquarters is in Amsterdam, however our beers are conditioned stocked in Veghel where there is no access for consumers. 


    Moreover it is not possible to pick up your parcel at a DHL Parcelshop in the first place. We will ask you in the checkout to fill in a house or company address. If DHL can not deliver your parcel, the delivery man will try it at your neighbours. If there is also nobody at home, they will take the parcel back. DHL will leave a notification in your mailbox with a unique code. With this code you can change the second delivery moment here. You can then choose to deliver your parcel at a DHL Parcelshop in your neighbourhood. Click here for a DHL Parcelshop near to your house. 

    Did you know that we also deliver in the evening? You can choose for a evening delivery on Monday till Friday from 6pm to 9pm.

  • Can I schedule delivery myself?

    Yes you can. Depending on when you order and the delivery location, DHL offer various delivery times and dates. Ordering on work days before 6 p.m. means next day delivery. DHL deliver Monday to Saturday during the day, or Monday to Friday in the evenings. You have the option to choose the delivery date and time for up to a week ahead.

  • What happens if there is nobody home when DHL want to deliver?

    If nobody is home, the delivery person will take the package back with them and leave a notification in your letterbox. On it, it will state whether or not the package was left with your neighbours.

    If not, you can choose one of the following delivery options on the DHL website with your postcode and track & trace code:

    DHL Parcelshop: collect the package from a DHL Parcelshop (look here for a DHL Parcelshop near you). You will receive an email as soon as the package has been delivered there.

    Deliver to your neighbour: ask your neighbours if they will be home and if they agree to receiving the package on your behalf. Since a person with a legal drinking age needs to sign for the parcel.

    A different delivery time and date: if the predetermined delivery date and time doesn’t suit your schedule, choose a different one. This is possible throughout the day and in the evenings on working days, or throughout the day on Saturdays.

    After four delivery attempts have been made, the package will be returned to Beerwulf. After which we will contact you to discuss further delivery.

    The age check also applies to choosing other delivery and collection methods.

  • Do I have to pay extra for not being at home for the delivery?

    No, the delivery person will make a total of four attempts to make the delivery to you. Nothing extra is charged for this service.

    Beware: After the fourth attempt, the package will be returned to Beerwulf. We will then contact you to discuss further delivery.

  • What happens if the delivery person has made four unsuccessful attempts to deliver?

    After four attempts, the package will be returned to Beerwulf. We will then contact you to discuss further delivery. You can always contact us via  service@beerwulf.com.

  • How do I change the shipping address?

    The chosen shipping address cannot be changed before the first delivery attempt. On the DHL website you can change the shipping address after the first delivery attempt has been made.

  • When do I receive the track & trace code?

    We will send your track & trace code on the day of delivery. Also DHL will send you an e-mail at the moment that the DHL delivery man your parcel scans at the depot and put it in his truck afterwards. This is the moment that DHL sends you the track & trace code directly.

  • Do I need to pay delivery costs?

    If you order less than 16 bottles or cans, then a delivery charge of € 4,95 applies. Per every 16 items, free delivery! By this way of calculating delivery costs we save as much cardboard as we can and ship as efficient as we can in order to contribute to a better environment!

  • What are the dimensions of the Beerwulf boxes?

    We choose the size of the box according to the amount of beer you order. Beerwulf has boxes for 8, 12, 16 and 20 bottles, respectively. 

    Our boxes are packed with 8, 12, 16 or 20 beers. The dimensions are: 

    Pack of 8 beers: 28cm x 14cm x 28cm - average weight: 5.2 kg

    Pack of 12 beers: 28cm x 21cm x 28cm - average weight: 7.5 kg

    Pack of 16 beers: 28cm x 28cm x 28cm - average weight: 9.9 kg

    Pack of 20 beers: 35cm x 28cm x 28cm - average weight: 12.3 kg

  • Can I have my beer delivered in other countries?

    Yes, we also deliver to Belgium, UK, Germany and France.

  • Can I have my order shipped to a different address?

    Yes, you can. At your neighbours for example. Remember that an age check can be done on delivery, so make sure an adult is present. Tip: ask your neighbour if they agree to receiving the package on your behalf and if there will in fact be an adult present.

  • Why is the recipients age checked when the delivery is made?

    Beerwulf will not and may not sell or deliver alcohol to people under the age of 18. We have implemented various age checks throughout the order process to this effect. On delivery, the delivery person is therefore entitled to ask for identification.

  • What if there is nobody over the age of 18 present on delivery?

    Beerwulf will not and cannot sell or deliver to people under the age of 18. If there is no adult present to receive the ordered beer, then DHL is not authorised to make the delivery and will scan the package as "Nobody home", and will try again the following day.

  • How can I track my delivery status?

    As soon as the package has been collected from us by DHL, the package will receive a unique track & trace code. You will receive this in your email. By entering this code and your postcode on the DHL website, you can track the status of your delivery.

  • Do you deliver to a "Postbus" address?

    No, in The Netherlands we work with DHL. DHL has no access to "postbussen" of Post NL.

  • Why do I need to sign for the delivery?

    To ensure that the delivery has been handed over to an adult, the recipient must sign. The signed recipient is responsible for the quality control of the package.
