  • My order isn’t correct. What should I do?

    If it turns out that (some of) your order isn’t as agreed, you should contact our Customer Service 0800 - 233 79 85 or info@beerwulf.com. Together we will make sure you get exactly what you ordered.

  • My package is damaged. What should I do?

    It is important to check your package on delivery. Check for example if the cardboard is damaged or moist. In such a case, take a moment to assess the damage with the DHL delivery person. The delivery person will digitally register the damage, just like when you sign for the package. Ensure that the screen says ‘damaged shipment’. If you don’t notice the damage until later, let us know as soon as possible, and no later than within 14 days of the delivery, by contacting Customer Service via service@beerwulf.com.

  • What was delivered is not what I ordered. What should I do?

    Contact our Customer Service as soon as possible (no later than within 14 days of the delivery) via service@beerwulf.com. Make sure you state the order number. The order number will be in the confirmation email entitled “Beerwulf Order Confirmation”.

  • What will I be reimbursed for after I return my order?

    We will reimburse you for the cost of the ordered beer. We will deposit the amount as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after you processed your return. The amount will be returned to you using the same method of payment you used when placing the order. However, we may delay payment until we receive the returned goods or until receipt of a proof of return from you.

    If you want to return your parcel, fill out this DHL retourportal. You will receive a confirmation via e-mail. Take this confirmation to any DHL Parcelshop and you can return your parcel (no costs). Click here for a DHL Parcelshop in your neighbourhood.

  • How do I return my order?

    If you do not wish to keep your purchase, you are required to inform us of this decision within 14 days of receiving the products. You can also use the returns form, however this is not mandatory. You can send this completed form by post or email. Please always quote your order number. The order number is given in your order confirmation email.

  • Can I return (some of) my order?

    If you would like to waiver your purchase, you must do so within 14 days after receiving the goods. You can call our Customer Service on 0800 - 233 79 85 (available Monday to Friday between 10 a.m. and 5.00 p.m.) or send a message to service@beerwulf.com. Alternatively, you can fill in a “Waiver Form”, although this is not mandatory. You can either post or email this form to us. Please always quote the order number (which you will find in your order confirmation email).
